Experience: 6–14 Years Only Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with strong expertise in Kafka integration to build scalable, real-time, event-driven customer service solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex development, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), REST/Streaming APIs, and Apache Kafka integration. This role requires developing and integrating modern Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities with enterprise event-streaming platforms to support seamless customer service operations. Build custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows. Customize Cases, Contacts, Work Orders, Knowledge Base, Entitlements, and SLAs. Configure Omni-Channel, Service Console, and Skill-Based Routing. Develop scalable and reusable Salesforce components following Salesforce best practices. Event-Driven Architecture Design and implement real-time integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and Kafka. Publish and consume Salesforce Platform Events. Implement Change Data Capture (CDC) for real-time synchronization. Develop event-driven integrations using Salesforce Pub/Sub API (gRPC). Design Kafka Producers, Consumers, Topics, and event-streaming solutions. Integration & APIs Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications using Apache Kafka and middleware solutions (MuleSoft preferred). Build secure, scalable, and high-performance integrations. Support real-time messaging using Streaming APIs and Platform Events. Service Cloud Capabilities Configure Case Management, Entitlements, Knowledge Base, and Service Processes. Implement Omni-Channel routing and Service Console enhancements. Build automation using Flows, Apex, and Lightning Components. Integrate AI capabilities such as Einstein Bots or Agentforce. Additional Integrations Implement CTI (Computer Telephony Integration). Integrate third-party chat platforms such as AWS Connect or similar. Support secure real-time data exchange across enterprise systems. Required Skills 6–14 years of Salesforce development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and Platform Events. Experience implementing Change Data Capture (CDC). Strong experience with Apache Kafka (Topics, Producers, Consumers, Kafka Connect). Experience with Salesforce Pub/Sub API (gRPC). Strong understanding of REST APIs, Streaming APIs, and integration patterns. Experience with MuleSoft or similar middleware platforms. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required) Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred) Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification. Experience with AWS Connect or other telephony integrations. Experience implementing AI capabilities such as Einstein Bots or Agentforce. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.
