Oracle Fusion ERP Techno-Functional Consultant Contract: 6 Months | Start: ASAP Location: Toronto Hybrid: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote Hours: 37.5 hours/week
đ Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Techno-Functional Consultant to join a fast-paced enterprise environment. This is a hands-on role supporting a recently implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud platform, combining production support, functional analysis, and configuration work. You will work closely with finance stakeholders and an established ERP team to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and deliver enhancements across key finance modules.
đ ïž Key Responsibilities Provide production support for Oracle Fusion ERP (triaging and resolving tickets) Troubleshoot data issues, bugs, and system defects Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements and optimizations Perform hands-on configuration within Oracle Fusion modules Collaborate with finance users and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements Support ongoing enhancements and project work Manage and prioritize tickets using ServiceNow and/or Jira Ensure solutions are properly tested and documented
âïž Functional Areas Experience in multiple of the following is required: Procurement & Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Self-Service Procurement Accounts Payable (AP) Tax & Expenses Cash Management
â Required Experience 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience (not EBS) Strong techno-functional background (configuration + functional support) Experience working in a production support environment (ticket-based) Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data and system issues Experience interacting directly with finance/business stakeholders Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, and Agile environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
â Nice to Have Background in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or Insurance Oracle Fusion certifications Experience in fast-paced, high-volume support environments
