Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager Are you passionate about leading enterprise-wide security initiatives that make a measurable impact? We're looking for an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager to drive strategic security programs across a global organization. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale cybersecurity programs. Manage initiatives across Zero Trust, AI Security, Secure SDLC, Vulnerability Management, and Compliance. Partner with Engineering, IT, Product, Legal, and Security teams to ensure successful execution. Develop program roadmaps, governance models, risk mitigation strategies, and executive reporting. Track KPIs, milestones, and program health while driving continuous process improvements. Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with enterprise security objectives. What We're Looking For 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience leading complex technical initiatives. 3+ years working within Cybersecurity, Information Security, Cloud Security, IAM, Application Security, or GRC. Strong understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or OWASP. Experience managing enterprise security programs in Agile environments. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar project management tools. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and risk management skills. Nice to Have Experience with AI Security, Zero Trust, Vulnerability Management, or Secure Software Development. PMP, PgMP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, SAFe, or Agile certifications. Experience supporting enterprise PMO or large transformation programs.
