Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Operations Officer to support high-volume, SLA-driven transaction processing within a collaborative team environment. What You'll Do: Assist the Wealth Line of Business by managing cash in and cash out requests. Process high-volume transactions efficiently using various applications. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while reviewing documents and spreadsheets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, SLA-compliant service delivery. Participate in a comprehensive 2-3 week training program to get you up to speed. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in banking or financial services. Proven customer service skills in a high-volume environment. Proficiency in MS 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong experience managing large Excel spreadsheets with accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience supporting high-volume, SLA-based transaction processing. Familiarity with financial applications and transactional workflows.
