We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Digital Business Analyst to support the delivery and optimization of digital systems across the organization. In this role, you will bridge business needs and technology solutions—helping to improve processes, enhance system performance, and support digital transformation initiative

Digital Business Analyst

The Digital Business Analyst manages requirements, identifies improvements, and supports the effective implementation of digital systems at Karis. The Digital Business Analyst documents processes and systems and provides technical support to Interested Parties including users, project leaders, and senior leadership at Karis. The Digital Business Analyst works with project teams, departments, and various roles within the organization. They facilitate identifying, selecting, promoting, analyzing, implementing, and optimizing effective digital solutions for Karis Disability Services, for both internal staff and people who use our services. They provide information in the best interests of Karis Disability Services’ digital business practices.
Key Responsibilities
Systems & Business Process Development

Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Gather and document requirements through interviews, research, and stakeholder engagement

Configure and support digital systems to meet business needs

Develop business cases, user stories, process maps, and system documentation

Evaluate technology solutions and recommend optimal approaches

Monitor system outcomes and recommend enhancements

Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
Business Process & System Support

Act as a subject matter expert for digital systems and processes

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities

Develop process maps and data flow diagrams
-
Maintain organized documentation for system requirements and enhancements
-
Support ongoing digital initiatives across departments
Continuous Improvement & Change Management

Deliver training and create documentation for end users

Support adoption of new systems and technologies
-
Respond to user support requests and system improvement needs

Recommend and implement enhancements to digital processes
-
Promote continuous improvement across digital practices
Requirements:
-
College diploma in Information Systems, Business Analysis, or related field

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Business analysis certifications (IIBA, PMI, ITIL, etc.) are an asset

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, and process mapping

Knowledge of user-centered design principles

Ability to train and support users effectively

Strong attention to detail and time management
