This is an outstanding opportunity to join a leading Canadian company with a clear vision and focus. As a Merchandising Co-op student, you will experience the diverse aspects of a Merchandising role. You will work both independently and, in a team, to help create and maintain sites and customers for our stores and wholesale team as well as support backstage requirements. You will work closely with the Retail Enablement and Finance teams to ensure our customer requirements are being met. You will ensure data is clean and that information is correctly updated in the system. You will also work with our operations team to varying degrees. Here's where you’ll be focusing Create and maintain all site and customer master information in alignment with Service Level Agreements Monitor errors, report issues, and ensure data integrity across systems Accurately enter and update information across multiple systems as required Follow established policies and procedures, ensuring compliance requirements are met Work closely with Retail Enablement, Finance, and Operations teams to support customer requirements Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions Support team deliverables and contribute to shared objectives Provide data and insights based on customer and business needs Maintain customer confidence and handle sensitive information responsibly Retrieve data based on customer requirements This role is accountable for Ensuring customer and site information is accurate, complete, and up to date Meeting established SLAs and supporting business continuity Partnering effectively across merchandising and backstage teams Delivering timely and high-quality outputs that support retail operations What you have to offer Currently enrolled in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related program. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and ready to build on functions like lookups, matching, and data organization. You notice when something doesn’t add up and take the initiative to advise and to fix it. You enjoy digging into questions, figuring out root causes, and finding practical solutions. You are able to work with different teams, ask questions, and keep things moving forward. Collaborate with peers to ensure that prompt and thorough responses for data maintenance and support are delivered.
