Experience & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field. Professional Experience: 5 to 8 years of dedicated experience supporting and implementing Kinaxis Maestro / RapidResponse, including participation in 2 to 3 successful end-to-end project lifecycles. Required Certifications: Minimum Kinaxis Solution Consultant – Level 2 certification is a strict requirement. (Kinaxis Maestro Solution Consultant/Solution Architect in Supply Chain Planning preferred).

Technical & Functional Competencies Domain Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of standard supply chain business processes, control settings, and standard data models (specifically Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, DRP, MPS, MEIO, and S&OP). Support Acumen: Strong understanding of application support frameworks, incident management, and technical documentation standards. Communication: Exceptional ability to lead client discussions, facilitate collaborative problem-solving workshops, and explain complex analytical fixes simply.
