Role: Oracle Database Administrator Location: Toronto, ON Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description: Detailed Job Description: Experienced Oracle DBA to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of mission-critical Oracle databases, along with an AWS-focused DBA to manage and optimize Amazon RDS (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MSSQL) and Amazon Redshift clusters, with a strong focus on Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK. MUST HAVES - Required:

1. 4–7+ years as a Oracle DBA with 3+ years on AWS database services. Must be strong in Oracle DBA.
2. Hands-on with Amazon RDS (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MSSQL) and Amazon Redshift administration.
3. Expertise in monitoring (CloudWatch, Performance Insights) and performance tuning at an enterprise level
4. At least one certification in Oracle (OCP) and one in AWS.
5. Proficiency with AWS CDK (TypeScript or Python), and CI/CD pipelines.
