Position Overview

Skyline is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator Intern to support the deployment of a Public Safety Network (Land Mobile Radio Network – LMRN) within our Customer’s Construction team. This role provides hands-on exposure to large-scale network builds and public safety infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will assist with project documentation, closeout activities, photo reviews, and compliance tracking while learning how construction and network deployment projects are delivered from planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Bell Project Managers and Construction teams in the delivery of LMRN build activities
  • Review and organize construction documentation and drawings
  • Assist with project closeout packages, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Review site photos for quality, compliance, and alignment with project requirements
  • Track project milestones, documentation status, and outstanding actions
  • Perform occasional site visits to observe construction activities and verify documentation
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors as required

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to review technical documentation and follow established processes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in both office and field environments
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Telecommunications, or related field)

  • Interest in telecommunications, construction, or public safety networks

  • Exposure to project coordination, construction, or engineering environments

  • Ability to read basic technical drawings or understand construction documentation

  • Willingness to travel locally for occasional site visits
