As Project Manager, Brand Marketing, you’ll bring bold ideas to life by leading the end-to-end execution of mixed media marketing programs, influencer initiatives, and exciting brand launches. Your work will help shape how clients experience beauty at Sephora, while driving meaningful impact across our Brand Marketing function. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of mixed media marketing campaigns, influencer initiatives, and brand launches from planning through deployment
  • Partner closely with Brand Marketing and Media teams to bring brand partner campaigns to life across internal and external platforms
  • Drive the successful delivery of digital media campaigns across channels, ensuring timelines, assets, and deliverables are executed with excellence
  • Build and maintain detailed campaign job folders, schedules, calendars, and archives to support seamless project execution
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and internal communications to keep initiatives moving forward smoothly, accurately, and on time
  • Proactively identify risks, solve challenges, and adjust timelines as needed to support successful program delivery
  • Support influencer program management through annual planning, master schedules, core documentation, and ongoing timeline coordination
  • Lead the setup and organization of key planning documents and tracking tools within SharePoint and related platforms
  • Contribute to strategic planning by helping build strong project foundations that set campaigns and launches up for success
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance team efficiency for the Canadian market

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4–6 years of project management, account management, or program management experience within a marketing environment, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives
  • University bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or equivalent relevant training required
  • Experience managing digital media campaigns, brand launches, and influencer programs is preferred
  • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders to drive alignment and results
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality execution
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, showing agility, adaptability, and confidence in navigating ambiguity
  • Strong time-management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills, with the ability to proactively identify risks and adjust plans as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheets, SharePoint, monday.com, and Ziflow/ProofHQ
  • PMP designation is an asset, but not required

The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
