SKILLS REQUIRED

Strong experience with Operative IBMS (BMS) support. Knowledge of Broadcast/Media workflows – Scheduling, Ad Sales, Traffic, and Billing. Hands-on SQL and database troubleshooting experience (mandatory). Experience in Helpdesk / EUC Support environments. Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ticketing tools. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Understanding of Infrastructure/EUC technologies, including VDI and VPN.
