We work with companies and educational institutions globally to deliver hands-on AI training, customized workshops, and workforce transformation programs.

We are hiring a German-speaking AI Trainer for an upcoming corporate training project. This is a remote contract role focused on delivering practical AI training to German-speaking professionals.

Role Description

The AI Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical AI training sessions in German. The trainer should be comfortable explaining AI concepts, tools, and workplace applications to professional learners in a clear and accessible way. Responsibilities include delivering live virtual training, adapting existing AI training materials for German-speaking audiences, supporting learner questions, facilitating hands-on activities, and helping participants understand how to apply AI tools effectively in their day-to-day work.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native-level German language skills • Strong English communication skills preferred • Experience delivering corporate training, workshops, or professional education • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms • Ability to explain AI concepts in a simple, practical, non-technical way • Experience with curriculum development or adapting training materials • Strong presentation, facilitation, and learner engagement skills • Comfortable delivering training virtually through Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms • Experience working with business professionals or corporate clients is an asset • Background in education, training, AI, business, technology, or a related field preferred
