Role: Finance Expert (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Payout: $50 - $58/hour

Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Corporate Finance Expert to work on a contractual basis. This expert will apply their finance expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, working on technically demanding finance prompts and tasks that mirror investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance complexity. The goal of this work is to shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input, ultimately contributing to the development of reliable AI agents.

Key Responsibilities: • Design technically demanding finance prompts and tasks that mirror investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance complexity to help train AI models. • Develop gold-standard solutions in Excel and PowerPoint to set objective benchmarks for AI model evaluation, ensuring all deliverables are precise, unambiguous, and uphold industry standards. • Create and refine clear grading rubrics for assessing AI outputs on transaction and modeling exercises to ensure accurate evaluation of AI performance. • Construct, modify, and review advanced financial models, including 3-statement, valuation, LBO, M&A, and sensitivity analyses, to provide real-world input for AI training. • Produce transaction analyses and investment materials with a client-ready, production-grade level of detail, demonstrating expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications: • Hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis is required, with the ability to work independently and produce client-grade financial materials under tight timelines. • Advanced Excel proficiency, including scenario analysis and model integrity checks, is necessary for developing and reviewing complex financial models. • Expertise in building polished, professional PowerPoint presentations and investment decks is essential for creating high-quality deliverables. • Strong familiarity with standard IB/PE/Corp Dev templates and processes is required, with the ability to develop and adapt professional templates, decks, and supporting materials. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity, are necessary for producing precise and unambiguous deliverables.
