Senior Copywriter Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential for Extension)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Copywriter to join a dynamic marketing team supporting personalized digital communications for a leading financial institution. In this role, you'll create compelling, customer-focused content across digital channels including email, CRM, and online banking. Working in a collaborative agile environment, you'll partner with designers, strategists, marketers, and business stakeholders to deliver engaging campaigns that support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities: Develop clear, engaging copy for email, CRM, and digital marketing campaigns. Write subject lines, headlines, calls-to-action, and customer-facing content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful customer communications. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, compliance, accessibility, and regulatory standards. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agile environment.

Qualifications: 5+ years of copywriting experience in digital marketing. Experience with CRM, lifecycle marketing, or personalized customer communications. Strong portfolio showcasing email, digital, or customer communication work. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Experience collaborating with designers and marketing teams. Agency experience and financial services experience are considered strong assets. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM platforms is an asset.
