Delivery Manager (Contract) | Remote (Canada) | Enterprise Data Migration Program

Our client, is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of a large-scale enterprise data migration and transformation program.

This is an opportunity to join a high-profile, long-term program delivering complex cloud-based data migration solutions across multiple projects. You'll work alongside architects, engineers, business stakeholders and customer leadership to ensure the successful delivery of modern data platforms and Workday transformation initiatives.

The role requires a Delivery Manager who is comfortable operating within highly technical teams and has experience leading enterprise data migration or cloud transformation programs.

What You'll Be Doing Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple enterprise data migration workstreams. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts and customer stakeholders. Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and delivery schedules across multiple concurrent projects. Drive Agile delivery ceremonies and ensure successful sprint execution. Partner with technical teams to remove delivery blockers and ensure high-quality outcomes. Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and managing expectations. Support governance, reporting and program planning while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope. Work closely with engineering leadership to successfully deliver data migration solutions into Workday and modern cloud data platforms.

We're Looking For Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale data migration or cloud transformation programs. Experience managing technical delivery teams within Agile environments. Previous experience leading Workday implementation, migration or integration projects. Strong understanding of enterprise data engineering concepts, ETL/ELT and cloud-based data platforms. Understanding of technologies such as Snowflake, Azure, SQL, Apache NiFi/OpenFlow, Informatica or similar data integration platforms. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience managing delivery risks, budgets, timelines and program governance. Comfortable working across multiple workstreams in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Highly Desirable Previous consulting experience. Experience delivering Workday transformation programs. Experience working within Financial Services, Retail or other large enterprise organizations. Knowledge of modern cloud data platforms including Snowflake and Azure. Experience leading distributed, remote delivery teams.
