Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries—via phone, email, and online portals Prepare and maintain client files, onboarding documents, and meeting summaries Assist in the creation of financial plans, investment summaries, and tax strategies Manage CRM entries, task flows, and communication tracking Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Help build a best-in-class experience across all client touchpoints
