Position Title: Data Analyst Contract Duration: 24 months with a possible conversion to FTE Work Location: 33 Dundas St W, Toronto, ON M5G 3C2 Work Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics professional to support customer journey deployment through strong technical design, data quality assurance, and deep-dive analysis.
Key Responsibilities: Design technical specifications for customer journey deployment Support UAT ensuring data accuracy, availability, and integrity across platforms Perform deep-dive analysis to identify issues, trends, and insights Develop reporting and measurement solutions for customer journeys Required Experience 5+ years in data analytics, reporting, and campaign/journey measurement 5+ years in fintech, telecommunications, or customer-facing environments Strong hands-on experience with SAS, SQL, Teradata/DBVisualizer, Salesforce CRM, and Power BI Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
Compensation: Starting from $46/hour (CAD), based on experience.
