Role Description The Business Process Analyst will support client projects by documenting and analyzing existing business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements aligned with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting data and workflow analysis, facilitating requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders, and creating process maps, models, and reports to support decision-making. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process changes, tracking performance metrics, and preparing clear documentation for processes, procedures, and best practices. This is a remote contract role, requiring regular virtual collaboration, timely delivery of project milestones, and adherence to client and MC2 Consulting standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Business Process Improvement and Business Process Management to evaluate and optimize operational workflows. Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations. Candidates should possess Business Process and Business Analysis skills to document current-state processes, define requirements, and design future-state models. Candidates should possess competency in creating process maps and documentation using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms. Relevant qualifications include experience in utilities, engineering, or related industries, and prior consulting or project-based work. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred, along with strong communication, stakeholder management, and remote collaboration skills.
