Role: Junior Business Analyst
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 2-3 days a week onsite)
Duration: Contract (12+ Months)
Rate: CAD $40-55/hr + HST
Required Skills
Must Haves:
2+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst with hands-on involvement in the software development lifecycle (SDLC); experience in QA or Project Lead roles alone is not sufficient. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, including structured, object-oriented, and Agile approaches, with experience gathering user requirements and defining performance metrics to evaluate business outcomes.
