Our partner is looking for a Senior Majesco Configurator (Policy / Billing / Claims) based in the Canada. This role is focused on hands-on configuration of core Majesco insurance modules, playing a key part in delivering accurate, scalable, and well-structured Policy, Billing, and Claims solutions. You will work closely with business analysts, product teams, and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective system configurations that support end-to-end insurance operations. The position requires strong domain understanding of insurance lifecycle processes and the ability to implement business rules, workflows, and product setups within Majesco platforms. You will contribute directly to solution quality by supporting testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities across multiple environments. Accountabilities: Configure Majesco Policy, Billing, or Claims modules based on detailed business and functional requirements. Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into system configurations. Design and implement product setups, rating rules, underwriting logic, billing structures, and claims workflows. Support testing activities, including defect analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of configuration-related issues. Assist in production deployments and ensure smooth transition of configured solutions into live environments. Ensure all configurations adhere to established standards, governance models, and best practices. Contribute to data migration activities and system validation efforts as part of implementation cycles. Provide ongoing support to improve configuration quality, stability, and operational efficiency. Requirements: 6–10+ years of overall IT or insurance systems experience, including 3–5+ years in Majesco configuration. Strong hands-on expertise in configuring Majesco Policy, Billing, or Claims modules. Solid understanding of insurance lifecycle processes, including underwriting, rating, billing cycles, and claims workflows. Experience working with business rules, product configuration, and workflow design within insurance platforms. Familiarity with system testing, defect resolution, and basic data migration processes. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve configuration and system issues efficiently. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in structured, regulated environments.
