Join the Crystal Lodge Team as a Bike Valet – Summer 2026!

Are you passionate about biking and Whistler’s trails? The Crystal Lodge is looking for a Full-Time Bike Valet to join our Front Desk team for a seasonal summer contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for students looking to earn extra cash over the summer or for anyone who loves biking and wants to share that passion with our guests!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional guest service through the oversight of the bike valet.
• Store and retrieve guest bikes safely and efficiently.
• Share your knowledge of Whistler, Whistler Blackcomb, trail conditions, and weather with guests.
• Assist guests with referrals, requests, and general inquiries.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Bike Room.
• Be familiar with emergency procedures and assist other departments as needed.
• Support Crystal Lodge’s environmental initiatives, including waste separation, energy and water conservation, and green practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous guest service experience is required.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping guests.
• Strong knowledge of Whistler, especially Whistler Blackcomb.
• Able to lift bikes up to 40 lbs and push a bell cart.
• Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
• Available for the full summer season (May - end of September)
