We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join one of Canada's leading financial institutions. This role will support multiple enterprise infrastructure initiatives, managing end-to-end project delivery while partnering with technology teams and executive stakeholders. Job Title: IT Project Manager – Infrastructure Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid) Duration: 06 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)

Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple IT infrastructure projects from initiation through delivery. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional infrastructure teams to ensure successful execution. Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, RAID logs, and project documentation. Partner with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive project success. Track project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans. Facilitate project meetings and provide regular executive-level status update. Utilize ServiceNow and Jira to manage project activities and workflows. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager. Proven experience managing IT Infrastructure projects. Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in an enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with large financial institution PMP Certification. Agile or Scrum Master experience. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Jira
