CATERING BID OPPORTUNITY

Elders Luncheon – June 25, 2026:
The Lower Nicola Indian Band (LNIB) is requesting catering bids for an upcoming Elders Luncheon hosted with Chief Peterson and Councilor Humphrey, taking place on:

Event Date: June 25, 2026

Location: Rocky Pines Community Centre

Expected Attendance: Approximately 30 guests

Interested caterers are invited to submit bids to provide lunch service for the event.

Requested MenuSoup:

• Turkey Hamburger Soup with pasta and vegetables

Sandwich Option:

• Vegetable Sandwich on multi-grain bread including:
• • Spinach
• Yellow peppers
• Cucumbers
• Tomatoes
• Mayonnaise
• Please note: No dairy products

Dessert:

• Light dessert selection featuring fresh cut fruit:
• • Strawberries
• Blueberries
• Watermelon
• Melon
• Cantaloupe
• Oranges

Additional Requirements• Caterers must be able to accommodate dietary restrictions, food sensitivities, and special requests as required.

• Please include pricing, service details, and any additional information relevant to your submission.
• Food Safe certification is preferred.
• Caterers must provide all necessary cutlery, utensils, napkins, serving utensils, and related meal service items required for the event.
