Role Summary As the Senior Analyst, Data Management, Quality & Controls, you will support a forward-looking, multi-year Investment Platform Transformation Program designed to modernize the target operating model and strengthen end-to-end technology and data capabilities. This role reports into the Transformation Office Program, with oversight from the Director, Data Operations, and is important because it will help build sustainable data quality controls, monitoring, reporting and operational processes that improve decision-making across investment, operations and finance teams. In this role, you will help design, implement and continuously improve reference data quality capabilities, with hands-on focus on data analysis, profiling, validation, issue remediation and control automation. You will partner with Data Operations, Data Governance, Technology, business stakeholders and external partners where required to establish scalable dashboards, controls and documentation, and to support the successful transition of capabilities to the Functional Data Operations team for ongoing execution within the target operating model. This is a 12-month direct contract opportunity. You will be responsible for: Support the design and implementation of a data quality framework, including rules, controls, thresholds, issue workflows and remediation processes aligned to the transformation program. Develop automated and repeatable data quality checks using Python and SQL to validate the completeness, accuracy, consistency and timeliness of critical reference data. Use Informatica to profile data, monitor quality metrics and support the implementation of data quality rules and exception-handling processes. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into data quality KPIs, trends, defects and remediation progress. Partner with Data Operations, Data Governance, Technology and business stakeholders to define critical data elements, business rules and data acceptance criteria. Support root cause analysis and resolution of data defects in collaboration with upstream and downstream stakeholders. Prepare process, control and operating documentation to support transition into business-as-usual operations. Support knowledge transfer and operational readiness activities to enable an effective handoff to the Functional Data Operations team. Required Skills & Experience University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Accounting or a related field. 4+ years of experience in data quality, data management, analytics or a related discipline, including experience supporting transformation or operational improvement initiatives. Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI and Informatica, with practical experience building automated checks, dashboards, data quality rules and exception-handling processes. Strong experience with data profiling, validation, reconciliation, root cause analysis, dashboard development and data quality controls. Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across business, technology, data operations and data governance teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization and communication skills, with a high degree of attention to detail. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow or similar workflow and issue management tools. Familiarity with investment platforms and data environments across IBOR and ABOR, such as Aladdin, CRD, Calypso or Eagle PACE. Experience preparing process, control and operating documentation to support business-as-usual transition. Curiosity, flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic investment and technology environment. This posting is for an existing vacancy. The expected salary range for this position is $72,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year, prorated based on the term of the contract.
