Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale Data, AI, and Technology Transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a delivery-focused leader who can effectively bridge business strategy with technical execution, ensuring successful delivery of complex programs across data platforms, cloud technologies, and finance systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background managing cross-functional teams, driving technology modernization, and partnering with business, architecture, engineering, and executive stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Program & Delivery Leadership Lead end-to-end delivery of Data, AI, and enterprise technology initiatives from initiation through production. Define project scope, roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics aligned with business objectives. Manage multiple concurrent projects with complex dependencies. Ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Technology & Solution Delivery Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, and Data teams to design and deliver scalable, secure, enterprise-grade solutions. Translate business requirements into technical workstreams and implementation plans. Identify dependencies across applications, APIs, cloud platforms, and data ecosystems. Evaluate solution options and provide recommendations on delivery approaches and technical trade-offs. Stakeholder & Executive Management Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and executive leadership. Facilitate decision-making by communicating project status, risks, dependencies, and key milestones. Build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution. Project Planning & Governance Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, RAID logs, and governance documentation. Ensure compliance with SDLC standards and Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies. Proactively manage scope, change requests, and delivery priorities. Risk, Budget & Resource Management Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies. Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation. Escalate issues appropriately to maintain delivery commitments. Track project performance against agreed KPIs and success metrics. Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams. Define clear roles, responsibilities, and delivery expectations. Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Vendor & Partner Management Manage third-party vendors and managed service providers. Support vendor selection, contract negotiations, and governance activities. Ensure external partners deliver according to agreed SLAs and project objectives.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline. Extensive experience managing enterprise technology transformation programs. Proven success delivering large-scale Data, AI, Cloud, or Digital initiatives. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system integrations, APIs, and modern cloud technologies. Experience managing enterprise budgets, project governance, risks, and executive reporting. Demonstrated ability to lead geographically distributed, cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
