Role Snapshot

Support evaluation of advanced legal reasoning outputs by assessing the quality, accuracy, and real-world applicability of system-generated responses related to employment, workplace, and labor law scenarios.

Core Responsibilities

Evaluate two system-generated responses for correctness, legal accuracy, and client-readiness

Provide structured written feedback to improve model reasoning and output quality

Assess responses involving employment disputes, workplace investigations, and labor-related scenarios

Participate in onboarding sessions and calibration workshops to align evaluation standards

Contribute insights to improve legal reasoning consistency and reliability in system outputs

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong experience in employment or labor law within a law firm, in-house legal team, government agency, or labor union

Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.B./LL.M. from an accredited institution, with active or inactive U.S. bar admission

Strong experience in legal research and writing, including case law analysis and drafting legal memoranda
