Job Description: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the incumbent is responsible for the development and delivery of educational programs appropriate to the assessed needs of the patients in a classroom setting. This position works under the general direction of the Manager of Rehabilitation Services. • Successful applicant would be working Monday and Tuesdays every week until July 2027, with a possible extension as this is a job share.
