Assignment:

• Full-time 1.0 FTE temporary replacement teaching position

• Grades 7-9 French Immersion Mathematics and Science

• Duties to commence August 26, 2026 and will continue for the remainder of the 2026/2027 school year

Qualifications:

• Experience teaching at the Junior High level
• Experience teaching relevant courses as mentioned above
• Ability to utilize varied instructional strategies to meet a wide range of individual needs
• Experience teaching in French
• Strong classroom management
• Strong planning, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented learning environment
• Assessment literate
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth
• Strong technology and 21st Century Learning Skills
• Experience mentoring youth and supporting positive decision-making
