Production Associate Location: Halton Hills, ON L7G 0L7 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Duration: ASAP – October 10, 2026 Pay Rate: $23.25/hour + 4% vacation pay Position Summary We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Associates to join our team in Halton Hills, Ontario. In this role, you will support production and warehouse operations by ensuring production lines are supplied with materials, products are packaged correctly, inventory is tracked accurately, and shipments are prepared and loaded on time. Key Responsibilities Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment. Start, operate, and monitor mixers and production lines. Empty production lines and palletize work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods. Build pallets and maintain production flow. Accurately count and record inventory produced during each shift. Track production downtime and document causes as required. Ensure proper packaging materials are used for each product type. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Stage products in designated warehouse locations. Perform visual and tool-assisted quality inspections. Complete required production and inventory documentation. Maintain work areas using 6S housekeeping standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED preferred. Experience Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or a similar environment is an asset. Experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
