Working with the Global Head, the role ensures high-quality delivery of programs that drive measurable impact, while maintaining strong alignment with the Bank’s values and community commitments.     Is this role right for you? In this role, you will be involved in:  •    Leads the enterprise strategy and end-to-end execution of the Employee Giving program, including the annual Employee Giving Campaign and always-on initiatives to increase awareness, participation, and measurable engagement outcomes•    Drives end-to-end campaign planning and execution, ensuring disciplined delivery, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement to enhance effectiveness and impact•    Partners cross-functionally with senior leaders across global business lines and corporate functions to set campaign objectives and targets, develop scalable processes, provide training and tools, organize committee roles, and manage governance, escalation, and delivery•    Delivers compelling presentations to senior executives, campaign committees, and employees, clearly connecting campaign outcomes to enterprise engagement priorities and overall business value•    Engages community champions across the Bank’s subsidiaries to activate and scale employee giving and donation initiatives•    Manages the employee giving program budget, including global activation, as well as funding strategies (e.g., seeding, matching, incentives) to maximize participation and impact•    Tracks and reports on financial and nonfinancial performance (e.g. funds raised, campaign engagement, committee satisfaction), translating results into actionable insights for senior stakeholders•    Leverages reporting tools, including Power BI and Benevity to demonstrate and communicate campaign impact to executive leaders and campaign committees•    Ensures alignment with the Bank’s risk appetite, adhering to all operational, compliance, AML/ATF, and conduct risk requirements, including applicable frameworks and policies          Dimensions •    Includes multi-market hybrid events and an integrated marketing and communications campaign, supported by an enterprise digital giving platform •    Manages relationships with ~20 Director+ (Level 09+) cabinet members across business units•    Leads training for 200+ employee volunteers supporting the campaign •    The Employee Giving Campaign is the global flagship initiative within the employee engagement portfolio   •    Supports global business units in activating employee engagement programs    Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you have the following:  •    7+ years’ experience in a partnership, relationship management or project management role. •    Knowledge in project management, corporate employee community engagement landscape is considered an asset. •    Confident communicator with experience engaging diverse stakeholders, including senior executives and large committees; strong written and verbal communication, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills, with a strategic and logical approach.•    Demonstrated ability to manage a large complex and highly visible projects•    Experience working in a matrix, global organization such as a financial institution is considered an asset•    Indigenous Relations and contextual knowledge of Indigenous Peoples.•    Comfortable with technology including proficiency with MS Office products specifically Excel and PowerPoint •    Understanding of Spark/Benevity digital platforms considered an asset Working Conditions Work is performed in a standard office environment, with non-standard hours commonly required. Moderate domestic travel may be necessary.
