Step Into a High-Impact Emergency Nursing Role in Grand Forks, BC Job Title: Registered Nurse – Emergency Room Location: Grand Forks, BC Start Date: December 15th, 2025 End Date: March 31st, 2026 Shift Schedule: Days & Nights — 08:00–20:00 | 20:00–08:00 (12-hour shifts)
About the Role This assignment places you at the heart of emergency care in a rural community setting. Ideal for an ED-trained RN, though skilled Med/Surg RNs with ED experience are encouraged to apply. Your ability to assess, prioritize, and respond quickly will directly support safe, timely care for patients with diverse emergency needs.
Required Skills & Certifications ED nursing experience (preferred) Med/Surg background with ED exposure (accepted) BLS (required) ACLS and PALS Triage and emergency assessment skills
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care for a broad patient population Perform rapid assessments, triage, and stabilization Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, coordinated care Document all interventions and assessments accurately Maintain readiness for high-acuity or time-sensitive cases
