Contract Duration: ASAP – Oct 31st -3 days in office per week.

Typical Day in Role: Support the analysis, documentation, testing, and validation of business requirements ensuring all the decisions and requirements changes are properly captured Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams across the bank as well as external partners to deliver the end-to-end solution Translate complex business needs into clear and concise functional requirements and user stories Contribute towards workshops and working sessions with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements Contribute to design and optimization of payment processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements Support scrum master and project manager in planning, scoping, and impact analysis for initiatives Perform gap analysis, root cause assessments, and release readiness reviews for payment system enhancements or upgrades Monitor post-implementation performance and incident resolution Must be able to work within tight deadlines and schedules which may result in extended working hours during peak time to meet project deliverables Mentor and coach less experienced team members Support various portfolio initiatives where possible Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge Champion a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment Experience and willingness to execute various test cycles

Must Have Skills: • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst delivering technology transformation initiatives within Banking, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets • 3+ years of experience supporting AI, GenAI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives, including AI-assisted requirements gathering, process optimization, and business analysis activities. • 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and transformation roadmaps. • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise modernization initiatives involving API integrations, cloud transformation, platform modernization, or technology transformation programs.

Nice-To-Have Skills: • Previous FI experience. • Advanced degree in an AI-related field (Master’s or higher preferred) • Experience with AI-enabled delivery tools, GenAI platforms, workflow automation, or intelligent process transformation initiatives. • Experience with data migration, reconciliation, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python.

Soft skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Willing to learn and grow, and demonstrates resilience to ever-changing priorities

Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field.
