Job Summary
We are seeking an Integrated Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-channel creative and marketing initiatives from kickoff through final delivery. This role will oversee integrated campaigns across digital, brand, content, social, video, web, eCommerce, and production workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage integrated marketing and creative projects from planning through final delivery. Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and project documentation. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, account, production, and external partners. Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, dependencies, and approvals. Facilitate project meetings, feedback cycles, and stakeholder communications. Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure on-time delivery. Oversee the production of digital content, websites, social media assets, video, eCommerce, and other marketing materials. Maintain high-quality standards while balancing multiple concurrent projects. Drive process improvements and promote efficient project workflows.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing integrated marketing, creative, or digital projects. Experience working within an agency, studio, brand, or digital environment. Strong knowledge of project planning, resourcing, budget tracking, and stakeholder management. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing cross-functional teams across creative, content, design, development, and production. Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Workfront, or similar.
Compensation
$50.00 per hour
