Company Description Russell Tobin is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to support enterprise-wide business intelligence and analytics initiatives. This opportunity offers the chance to work on large-scale data integration, reporting, and dashboard development projects while collaborating with cross-functional technology and business teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing data-driven solutions that support critical business operations and decision-making. Responsibilities Include: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI for enterprise business needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver scalable reporting solutions. Develop and optimize data models, ETL processes, and data integration workflows using SQL Server, SSIS, and related Microsoft technologies. Implement security, governance, and performance optimization best practices for enterprise reporting environments. Support application releases, production deployments, troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in software development, business intelligence, or data analytics environments. Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query (M Language), SQL, and data modeling. Hands-on experience with ETL development, data warehousing, SSIS, Azure analytics services, and enterprise reporting solutions. Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure cloud technologies, dashboard performance optimization, and data governance practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle databases, Informatica ETL, Cognos, and .NET technologies. Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release automation.
