Hiring: Senior Hogan IDS Mainframe Developer Location: Toronto(Remote) Contract Duration: Long-Term Contract

Role: Senior Hogan IDS Mainframe Developer We are looking for an experienced Senior Hogan IDS Mainframe Developer with strong expertise in Hogan IDS, Mainframe technologies, and core banking systems. The ideal candidate will support critical banking modernization initiatives while delivering high-quality development, integration, and production support solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications on the Hogan IDS platform. Perform technical design, coding, unit testing, system integration, and production deployments. Support advanced testing, production migration, and post-deployment activities. Develop and maintain Mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and CICS. Support DDA and TDA functions within the Hogan IDS platform. Develop and maintain integrations between Hogan IDS and the Zafin platform. Manage mainframe batch processing, file transfers, and CA-7 job scheduling. Participate in Business Continuity Planning (BCP), disaster recovery testing, and production support. Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical expertise for critical banking applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise modernization initiatives. Required Skills 10+ years of hands-on experience with Hogan IDS. Strong experience with: Hogan IDS Development COBOL JCL VSAM CICS PCDs CA-7 Scheduling Mainframe APIs Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience in technical design, coding, unit testing, and production implementation. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). Preferred Skills Experience with Hogan CIS. Experience integrating Hogan applications with the Zafin platform. Experience in core banking modernization initiatives. Knowledge of DDA (Demand Deposit Accounts) and TDA (Time Deposit Accounts).
