Hiring: English to French Translator (Workday Program) 🚨 We are actively seeking a talented Translator (English to French) to support a large-scale HR and Workday transformation program. 📍 Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid – 3+ days onsite preferred) 🕒 Contract Opportunity Key Responsibilities: ✅ Translate HR, Workday, training, and business-related content from English to French (Canadian & International French) ✅ Ensure compliance with Quebec Bill 96 language requirements ✅ Review, proofread, and perform quality assurance on translated materials ✅ Support localization of training documents, job aids, videos, and employee communications ✅ Maintain terminology consistency and translation accuracy across projects ✅ Collaborate with global stakeholders and support interpretation requests when needed Required Qualifications: ✔ 3+ years of professional English-to-French translation experience ✔ Translation degree or certification ✔ Strong knowledge of French Canadian language standards ✔ Experience translating HR, corporate, or Workday-related content ✔ Excellent proofreading and editing skills ✔ Proficiency with translation tools and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills: ⭐ Workday experience ⭐ Technical platform localization ⭐ Advanced Excel skills ⭐ Microsoft Power Automate experience ⭐ Ability to work flexible hours and collaborate with international team
