• FISPAN is looking for a Business Development Operations Co-Op who loves data, tools, and efficiency
• This role will play a critical role in building the lead lists and optimizing the systems that drive our growth. This role is designed for someone who is detail-oriented and wants to learn the “how” behind a successful fintech sales organization
• Build the Funnel: Use specialized sales tools to identify and qualify bank partners and corporate prospects
• Data Stewardship: Act as the guardian of our CRM, ensuring every lead is documented, tracked, and moving through the funnel correctly
• Research & Insights: Dive deep into the fintech and ERP landscape to provide the BD team with actionable intelligence
• Optimize the Stack: Help manage our outbound lead generation tools and suggest new ways to automate repetitive tasks
• Documentation: Create the “Playbook” by writing SOPs and Knowledge Base articles that make the BD team more efficient
• In this role, you own your Job Success Profile just as much as we do. While we are a high-growth startup where it is often “all hands on deck”, we want to ensure you are building a specialized skill set in Sales Operations and Fintech data
