About the Role We’re looking for a skilled YouTube Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience translating creative visions into actionable production plans and is passionate about creating intentional, high-quality content that resonates with both kids and parents. This is a contract position requiring approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential to transition into a full-time role as we grow. The ideal candidate will be local to the GTA and willing to travel to our downtown studio headquarters on a regular basis as-needed.

What you’ll do Be the central point of communication across the team (strategist, writer, editor, freelancers) Be responsible for full end-to-end production pipeline Plan and coordinate shoots: Structural planning + translating script into beat sheet Manage timelines and ensure smooth handoffs Set up and maintain a simple data processing + feedback system (uploading footage to editor, edits, revisions) Find and onboard freelancers when needed (e.g. animators) Collaborate with strategist and writer on what gets made Work with designers on thumbnails Provide feedback to make sure content matches our visual + value standards
