About The Role

We're looking for AI Chatbot Testers to engage directly with cutting-edge AI systems, put them through their paces, and provide the human feedback that makes them smarter, safer, and more useful.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — open to anyone with a curious mind and strong communication skills. No technical background required.

What You'll Do

Hold conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics — from everyday questions to creative and complex scenarios Evaluate chatbot responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety Identify issues such as factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistency, or potential bias Design and test creative, challenging, and edge-case prompts to probe AI behavior Submit structured, detailed feedback that directly informs AI improvement Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across different topics and asking the right questions Able to evaluate responses objectively and articulate what works and what doesn't Strong written communicator with a good eye for clarity and quality Comfortable working in chat-based digital environments Self-motivated and reliable when working independently No prior AI or technical experience required

Nice to Have

Experience in writing, editing, journalism, research, or quality assurance Familiarity with AI tools or chatbot platforms A background in any field that sharpens critical thinking — education, analysis, customer experience, or beyond
