Bike Mechanic

Job Description

Assessing and recognizing mechanical problems on different types of bicycles (mountain, road, gravel, commuter and others). Performing advanced repairs and adjustments such as wheel builds, suspension services, brake bleeds, tune-ups, internal cable routing replacements and others. Replacing parts, ordering, following up, and communicating repair procedures with customers. Assisting with service and repair bookings. Providing a high level of customer service. Answering the phone in a professional manner and following up to customer inquiries and special orders.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience working as a bicycle mechanic. Excellent communication skills.

The Ideal Candidate

Has a passion for cycling. Has interest in updating their product knowledge and learn more about specialty repairs (such as E-bikes) Thrives in a fast paced, fun and relaxed environment. Is self motivated and has excellent communication skills.

Job Type

Full time & Part Time. Seasonal.

Hours

Between 25-40 hours per week.

Tuesday-Saturday from 9:30-5:30.

Salary Range

$20 -$27 p/h
