Official Internal Job Title: Talent Acquisition Technician Status: Temporary (Durée déterminée) Job Description: Technicien(ne) en acquisition de talents Sous la supervision du Directeur adjoint – Acquisition de talents, le ou la Technicien(ne) en acquisition de talents assurera un rôle essentiel dans le soutien administratif, logistique et opérationnel des activités de recrutement. En collaboration avec les membre de l’équipe d’acquisition de talents, vous contribuerez à offrir une expérience candidate de qualité, à assurer l’efficacité des processus de recrutement et à promouvoir la marque employeur de Beneva. Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes : Soutenir l’équipe dans la coordination et la réalisation des activités de recrutement. Effectuer l’affichage des postes et assurer leur visibilité sur différentes plateformes Gérer les publications ainsi que les avis et commentaires sur les réseaux sociaux et les sites d’emploi Administrer, coordonner et assurer le suivi des tests de sélection Participer à certaines étapes du cycle de recrutement, notamment pour les cohortes de recrutement massif, les étudiants et les stagiaires. Produire, mettre à jour et assurer le suivi de divers documents, rapports, indicateurs et outils de gestion. Assurer le soutien administratif lié aux activités, outils, systèmes et événements de recrutement. Représenter Beneva lors de certains événements de recrutement Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques, outils et processus de recrutement. Vos talents et vos qualifications DEC en techniques administratives, en ressources humaines ou dans tout autre domaine pertinent. Minimum de deux (2) ans d’expérience dans un rôle de soutien en ressources humaines ou en recrutement. Excellente maîtrise du français et bonne maîtrise de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Très bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office; la connaissance de Workday constitue un atout.
