About the role

Own the content engine behind Mightyhum’s inbound and outbound pipeline. A senior, hands-on role for an experienced B2B content marketer who builds independently. This is an individual-contributor seat. You own content execution; strategy and final approval sit with Mightyhum’s senior team.

THE ROLE What you’d own Mightyhum is a consulting house, and our growth depends on trust. We earn it by building relationships and creating content that speaks to the real problems our prospects face. This role sits at the heart of that effort. Partnering with the RevOps Lead, you'll develop campaigns and content that reach prospects and build trusts: six webinars and six lead magnets a year, plus the landing pages, LinkedIn presence, and communications that carry our campaigns. You think creatively about customers’ problems and draw on the expertise across Mightyhum to develop content that genuinely adds value for prospects.

— Full-funnel campaigns. Partner with Mightyhum senior leaders and the RevOps Lead to plan and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, email nurture, lead magnets, on-demand webinars, and landing pages. — Outbound content calendar. Write and refine outbound sequences that open doors — clear, specific, and built to convert. — Content creation. Partner with Mightyhum senior leaders to produce conversion-focused assets at every stage of the funnel: awareness, lead generation, nurture, and sales. — Promotion and distribution. Getting content made is table stakes. You make sure it reaches the right audience, through the right channels, at the right moment. — Repurposing and optimization. Squeeze more from every asset — adapt, test, and iterate to improve performance across the funnel. — Performance accountability. Track what’s working and fix what isn’t. You’re accountable for results, not just output.

SCORECARD How we’ll measure success — Pipeline contribution. Seeing content drive leads and support conversion. — Campaign performance. Open rates, conversion rates, and engagement improve over time through testing and optimization. — Content velocity. Assets are produced and promoted consistently within the scope of the engagement.

THE FIT Who succeeds in this role You’ll thrive here if you bring:

— 6+ years of B2B content experience. You’ve owned content development for campaigns end to end and know what businesses need and how to write for them across channels. Experience in B2B services. — Full-funnel fluency. You understand how a LinkedIn post, a nurture email, and a landing page work together to drive a decision. — Strong, action-oriented writing. Your copy earns attention and drives action. You write with clarity and intention. — Self-directed. You manage your own workflow and deliver consistently within a lean, part-time engagement. — Results-minded. You care about pipeline impact. Content that doesn’t contribute to the funnel is content that needs to change.
