What You'll Do âś” Design and develop scalable Java backend applications âś” Build POCs and prototype innovative AI-driven solutions âś” Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and AI tools âś” Partner with product teams to develop beta products and services âś” Leverage AI-powered coding tools to improve engineering productivity
We're Looking For 8+ years of hands-on Java backend development Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Experience with software architecture and end-to-end solution delivery Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and/or Claude Exposure to Agentic AI, AI agents, AI workflows, or AI-powered development tools Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced R&D environment
