Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This position plays a crucial part within the Talent Acquisition team by ensuring a seamless, accurate, and timely onboarding process from offer acceptance to the employee’s first day. The role involves managing requisition assignments, offer letter generation, background screening, and supporting key activities that enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $30.03/hr
Responsibilities
Support requisition assignments, offer letter generation, and background screening management Communicate with internal and external partners to support program deliverables such as offer letters, background checks, and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers Ensure requisitions are assigned within Workday according to SLAs Manage the candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the post-offer process within Workday Execute end-to-end offer letter processes, ensuring all reviews and information capture are complete Investigate and resolve issues or errors related to Workday, offer letters, or pre-employment screening Support the team with special projects and process improvements as needed
Desired Skill-Set
Typically, 1-3 years of relevant experience; less experience acceptable with a relevant postsecondary degree Intermediate proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 tools Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively, escalating when necessary Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent collaboration and team skills In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills Strong influence and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
Previous experience with recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition results Relevant postsecondary education Experience with Workday applicant tracking or HRIS systems Prior experience in financial services industry
