What You'll Do

Design challenging, graduate-level biology questions to rigorously test AI reasoning and knowledge Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with scientifically sound logic and explanations Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of scientific reasoning Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level biology Provide structured, actionable feedback that directly improves AI model performance

Who You Are

Currently pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field Strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and precisely in writing Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and rigor Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously No prior AI experience required — we'll get you up to speed

Nice to Have

Experience in data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows Background in research, lab work, or academic writing Familiarity with areas such as genetics, cell biology, physiology, or biochemistry
