ROLE: Organizational Change Management Specialist ( Digital Health Transformation )

TYPE: Contract position

TERM: 6-month duration from August 2026, with an option for an additional increment

LOCATION: Winnipeg, MB, on-site

REQUIRED

Valid ProSci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification

10 years’ experience performing organizational change management (OCM) activities implementing information technology

5 years’ experience working with senior leadership to develop communications strategies and providing communications coaching

2 years’ OCL experience, while implementing a standardized clinical plan across multiple healthcare organizations

5 years’ experience developing training materials and curriculum for process changes in organizations with 1000+ employees

2 years’ OCL experience while implementing or upgrading the EEIS (Enrollment and Episodic Information Sharing) or similar EHR (Electronic Health Record) in a clinical environment
