About the role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial embroidery machines and computer knowledge. This will be a temporary position with the possibility to move into a permanent position with the company.
Duties:
-Operate and monitor embroidery machines to ensure high-quality production
-Set up and adjust machine and digitized design files based on specific order requirements.
-Set up embroidery machines and select the thread and fabric that will be used for each job
-Sew designs directly onto caps, jacket and other garments.
-Creating patches then sewing them onto garments.
-Prepare garments for production including unpacking boxes and performing a quality check. Verify stock matches Packing Slips and Purchase Order

Hoop and Operate Embroidery Machine

Monitor machine operations to detect any issues

Troubleshoot and repair machine issues during production

Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet standards

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as an embroidery machine operator or similar

Ability to fabricate materials using various machines
-Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent administrative abilities and strong attention to detail and precision in work
-Understanding of basic softwares such as Microsoft Suite (Excel & Word)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Able to follow instruction.

Great customer service and communication skills

Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials if required
-The ability to read and understand instructional manuals
