Position: UI/UX Designer

Type: Contract

Compensation: $22 - $70/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

Design, review, and critique intuitive user experiences and interfaces across various digital platforms. Evaluate the usability and functionality of AI-driven products, providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate and test design concepts for AI training interfaces. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful design solutions. Document and communicate design decisions clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally. Participate in the iterative design and evaluation process, incorporating data-driven insights and user feedback.

Requirements

Have a proven track record as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design for web and/or mobile applications. Possess expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Have a deep understanding of UX research, usability testing, and iterative design methodologies. Be able to synthesize feedback and adapt designs quickly to evolving requirements. Be familiar with accessible and inclusive design principles.
