Primary Skill - Project Coordinator Exp - 6yrs PST time zone Skills required: Planview - expert level at both input and reporting, Excel - advanced. I would love it if the person had some business analyst skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assists in the enablement delivering outcomes to realize the business case(s), dependency scope definition during planning, and with intake processes. Partners in the preparation and maintenance of financial estimates, business cases and data analysis. Under leadership guidance assists with project intake, prioritization, demand management, review of issues, change requests, risks and dependencies. Prepares delivery status/health reports, Planview data/reports, value delivery tracking and coordinates demand/capacity elements. Looks for opportunities to improve processes, automation and inefficiencies. Applies secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure our data and technology solutions are protected from threats and vulnerabilities. Partners in the communication and visibility of program/portfolio matters. Craft program/portfolio financials, analyze variances, and provides financial reporting to Delivery Leaders and/or Business Solution Area Leaders. Collaborates in the preparation of resource capacity aligned with planning roadmap(s), Assist leaders with resource allocations and assignments using standard tools. Providing appropriate information to ensure staffing levels are aligned to all demand impacting the area.
