What you will do
The Customer Fulfillment & Compliance Manager will own end‑to‑end order execution and service performance, ensuring on-time, in-full delivery and alignment to customer scorecards. This role acts as the primary liaison between Sales, Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, and external customer supply chain teams to ensure product flows efficiently from Kruger manufacturing and distribution sites to customer distribution centres and store shelves.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Serve as the primary escalation point for service disruptions (e.g., supply shortages, transportation issues, EDI errors), driving issue resolution and leading the customer success team to ensure continuity and service excellence.
- Track and analyze penalties, fines, chargebacks, and deductions, identifying root causes and leading cross-functional resolution with Logistics, Customer Service, Sales, and Warehousing teams.
- Partner with Finance and Sales to dispute and recover invalid penalties while driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce compliance-related costs and exposure.
- Monitor and report on key service KPIs (e.g., Customer Fill Rate, CFROT, cost to serve, compliance penalties) while ensuring data accuracy across systems (SAP, Business Warehouse, Navisphere, FourKites, and customer portals).
- Develop and deliver customer-specific performance insights and action plans to internal stakeholders and leadership, supporting issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Act as the key liaison across Sales, Supply Planning, Customer Service, Transportation, and Warehousing teams to align priorities and ensure coordinated service execution.
- Provide direction to Distribution and Transportation teams and support Customer Success Specialists/customer supply chain teams to manage allocations, delivery changes, and recovery plans during disruptions.
What you will bring
- 5+ years of experience in customer supply chain, customer service, logistics, or order‑to‑cash roles within CPG or retail environments.
- Strong working knowledge of customer compliance programs, routing guides, chargebacks, and penalty management.
- Advanced SAP experience: familiarity with BW, Navisphere, FourKites, and customer portals preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex, high‑volume customer portfolios in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bilingualism is preferred (Fluent in English & French)
